All events must end by 8pm

You will have access to our furniture as shown above, but if you need additional chairs and tables, you will need to bring those yourself.

You’re more than welcome to bring in food or drink into the space. We ask that you follow TABC guidelines when it comes to alcohol in the space and please keep all food and drinks inside the suite. You MUST dispose of all food waste in the trash cans OUTSIDE the studio when the event is over.

You can change or cancel your Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time up to 24 hours before your reservation is set to begin by contacting info@brightsidestudiosdallas.com.

Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the dollar amount spent that can be applied towards a future reservation with us. Your credit will expire 6 months from the date of the original reservation.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 24 hours of the start time of your reservation are not permitted.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Please note, this includes cancellations for any reason including cancellations due to illness including Covid-19.

Your rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Reservation time must include set up, break-down, and clean up. The Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period to respect our fellow creative’s time and efforts. It is the responsibility of Renter and its Vendors to set up, breakdown, and move equipment and other items within the Studio.

Yes, we allow pets!

We ask that you assume responsibility for returning the studio to its original condition and be courteous of those using the studio before and after you. This includes but is not limited to discarding the trash, props returned to original locations, and messes cleaned up.

Pets are allowed in the studio, and we do ask that you bring appropriate cleaning supplies for any messes or hair left by the pet.

If the studio is not left in the same condition it was prior to the renter’s reservation, renter agrees to pay a $150 cleaning fee.

• No FULLY nude photography, videography, or explicit sexual activity.

• No smoking, vaping, recreational or illicit drug use in the studio.

• No glitter, fake snow, smoke bombs, or fire of any kind in studio.

• Music or other sound must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the studio.

• No affixing anything to walls or backdrops including nailing, hanging or taping.

• No children or pets shall go unsupervised.

• The renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party.

We have a small parking lot on site with up to 8 spaces. There is also street parking available nearby.

We are natural light photography studio, and our interior walls/ceiling are designed to bounce and utilize natural light.

If you're booked later in the day, please be mindful of sunset on the day of your reservation and plan accordingly. Our large front windows face east and our smaller rear windows face west.

We have light filtering privacy blinds that can be adjusted as needed.

We provide one LED constant light with diffuser for your use as needed.

Hanging anything on our walls is not permitted. Command strips are not permitted.

We are located in an industrial area so you may hear vehicles, construction etc. during your reservation.

If you are recording audio, please note that due to design of the building, the AC unit is louder than usual. It can be turned off if it is interfering with your audio recording. The thermostat is in the kitchen.
